Information on the Microsoft 365 Adoption initiative can be found on the Technology Initiatives website under Microsoft 365 Adoption.

Microsoft 365 has a data security feature called Sensitivity Labels. These labels have been customized to align with the University’s Data Classification Levels (L1-L4). Applying a sensitivity label ensures the file adheres to the specific sharing and handling protocols associated with that classification level. For instance, a file labeled L2 can be shared via a OneDrive link but cannot be sent externally as an email attachment.
