FAQ

If you create an account by logging into qualtrics.com instead of uncg.qualtrics.com, this will be a very limited account that is not under the UNCG license. This type of free account allows only one survey.

While many question types are accessible, some are not. Visit Qualtrics’ “Question Type Accessibility” article for a complete list detailing which question types are accessible and which are not.

Instructor Training

Group, one-on-one, or virtual sessions are available to faculty on workshops.uncg.edu. If you cannot find what you’re looking you can request training.
