UDOIT
The Universal Design Online content Inspection Tool, or UDOIT (pronounced “You Do It”), helps faculty identify accessibility issues in Canvas course content. With the click of a button, UDOIT scans a course, generates a report, and provides resources on how to address common accessibility issues.

UDOIT Advantage scans files in a Canvas course, looking for issues that make it difficult for students to use assistive technologies to navigate course files. Currently, UDOIT Advantage scans for issues in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint documents, and PDFs. Files cannot be updated using UDOIT. Updates to files must be made using the specific, offline application (e.g. PowerPoint, Word, Acrobat).
